In the last 4 weeks I've been pretty busy. August 10th was Emily and Trevor's wedding reception. It was a beautiful outside reception. I was able to use a combination of a playlist I created and one the bride and groom had put together. The event turned out wonderful and I was so happy I could work with the happy couple.
August 25th was a combined Sweet 16 for 5 lucky teenagers. Their loving parents organized a full out bash at The Castle (Layton) complete with DJ (myself obviously), snack bar, and over 100 guests. I was able to blast many newer tracks such as Party Rock Anthem and Moves Like Jagger. The party was very upbeat and fun and made a dull school week exciting.
September 1st I had the opportunity to work with another couple, Lindsey and Chuck. It was another outdoors reception and was very classy. The playlist tracks ranged from Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble to Brad Paisley and Blake Shelton. This reception was full of food, dancing, and a beautiful happy couple.
